It being a standard practice, before executing services, an authorisation agreement, duly signed by both the parties need to be executed in favour of Al-hamd authorising it to carry out Manpower Recruitment for the Company / Clients towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which business will be executed.

Other Documents that may be required:

i. Demand Letter:

The employer is supposed to issue a demand letter in favour of “Mursil” stating the following things:

» Visa Number.

» Job category

» Quantity required in each category

» Monthly salary + OT

» Duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage and accommodation etc (Employee benefits under Saudi law)

ii. Power Of Attorney:

Company / Client shall issue Power Of Attorney (POA) in favour of Mursil LIC No 000074 Mumbai addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing that Al-hamd is their official Manpower Recruiting Consultant, fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery, with the above embassy.

iii. Agreement Of Employment:

Employment contract need to be sent by employer, stating details about the employment terms and conditions, including salary and working hours. In case of labour category, they need to be attested by Indian Embassy in their respective GCC country.

iv. Wakala:

E - Wakala shall be prepared with the name of “Mursil” LIC No 000074 Mumbai.
