These highly specialized consultants are sourced through its extensive network. Furthermore, the company can send relevant and applicable resumes from its vast databank both in manual as well as computerized formats. Taking off from here, the selection procedure is as follows:

» Receive the attested Power of Attorney, Demand Letter and Specimen Copy of Employment Contract

» Submit the power of attorney and demand-letter to the consulate and collect the name of the approved panel doctor for the country.

» Make an artwork of the advertisement.

» Get approval of the artwork from the client (optional).

» Release the advertisement in relevant newspapers having the best readership among the target-appropriate candidates.

» Receive applications, scrutinize and shortlist candidates.

» Send the short-listed candidates CV to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.

» Organize final interviews, covering all aspects.

» Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).

» Get new list of selected candidates.

» Send candidates for medical test.

»Receive final confirmation from the client.

Candidate Scrutiny

» These primary evaluation processes itself eliminates a whole lot of candidates. The next phase of the selection process involves tests on vacancy skills. The candidate is evaluated on the technical issues of the vacancy through:

» Preliminary written tests.

» Viva voce.

» Specialized Tests for all trades and industry.

Apart from these in-house testing facilities, Mursil has a contract with the local government recognized technical institutes, which allows access to technical facilities.

Operational Steps

» On receipt of the Requirement from the Client, the database is accessed in order to find suitable candidates.

» Apart from our Existing large, up-to-date database, we use the Internet and Information Technology to help us constantly build our database on a daily basis.

» Candidates can directly visit our website, view our vacancies and apply to us.

» After this is done, our panel of expert recruiters view the resumes on a daily basis, shortlist the qualified candidates, and thus add them to our database.

» If suitable candidates are not available in the database, we advertise the vacancies in reputed Newspapers in Consultation with the Client.

» The resumes are then short listed by our Team of Expert Engineers and Recruitment Consultants, after which the short listed resumes (along with supporting qualification and experience certificates) are forwarded to the Client for further scrutiny.

» The Client then sends us a list of the candidates finally short listed by them.

» After this is done, the short listed candidates are sent for Trade Tests (wherever required).

» If the client desires to Interview them personally, interviews are arranged in Mumbai or any other Location in consultation with the client.

» We also make arrangement for online/telephonic interviews as and when required

» A final list of selected candidates is then prepared. The selected candidates are informed accordingly and their Medical check-ups are arranged.

» The Client is then requested to send the Visas of selected candidates to complete the Emigration and travel formalities.

» After completing all formalities and getting the final clearance from the Client, candidates are made to go through our Orientation Session.

» The candidates then leave to take up their assignments abroad.

» The entire process takes about 2-4 weeks. The time taken for this procedure can be reduced to a large extent depending upon the urgency of the requirement.

Orientation Session

At the time of selection as well as before the departure of the candidate, we take special care in explaining the details of the nature of the particular candidate's job and responsibility. These details include the salary, benefits, working hours, working conditions, and the overall work environment. We also explain to each and every worker the laws prevailing in the particular Country the worker is being deployed to, and also how to maintain a cordial work environment at all times, explaining to them how that in turn would benefit them as well as the Company in the long run.
